Why "Aizen"?
While I may have pioneered the specific use of hypnosis and astral projection to communicate with non-human intelligence, the various components of which it consists have been around much longer than "Pete Whitley" as an individual. Being a collation of efforts much greater than mine alone, it deserves nomenclature not specifically tied to any one individual.
Aizen Myoo is a deity of esoteric Buddhism which expounds the principle that earthly desires are in themselves enlightenment and transforms these human passions into a vehicle for awakening. Not an endorsement of Buddhism, the concept has guided me for years and embodies the inspiration and philosophy behind this endeavor.
